972 Prof. Rachel Yifat Chapter on page 541 An Associate Professor (Clinical) (Emeritus) in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, University of Haifa. She was one of the founders of the department and served as Head of Department from 2014-2017. As a speech-language pathologist, Prof. Yifat was the head of Speech and Hearing services at the Institute for Child Development, in the neuropediatric unit of Ichilov Hospital, and has rich clinical and research experience in the field of communication disorders in children with developmental delays. He has been the director of rehabilitation at the Center for Counseling and Rehabilitation Services of Kibbutzim since 2014. He taught at University of Haifa and Bar Ilan.
