941 Development of Ethical Code of Conduct among Employers of Organizations that Employ Workers with Developmental Intellectual Disabilities in Supported Employment Miri Ben Amram and Orly ShapiraLishchinsky Abstract The employment of people with developmental intellectual disabilities in the labor market poses many challenges arising from barriers and prejudices prevalent among the public. The aim of the study was to examine the ways in which employers deal with ethical dilemmas, and to develop rules of conduct and codes of ethics. The research method focused on instructional processes based on watching videos depicting ethical dilemmas while extracting ethical rules of conduct and ethical codes. The study involved 40 randomly selected employers. Participants met once a month for 9 months. The findings of the study suggested that ethical dilemmas are integrated in interactions between the strata of the social Ecological model.
