193 The 17th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Competition 2023 Warm congratulations to the attendees of the Rubinstein Competition: Competitors, Judges and Dear Audience, The Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition is a real showcase for some of the most talented pianists in the world. Taking part in the Competition is the result of massive investment made over many years in practicing, studying and musical performances. I see great importance in the fact that young artists are able to perform on this stage and I am happy that the Ministry of Culture and Sports, of which I am in charge, is a partner in the many activities of the Rubinstein Society, and accompanies its development over the years. Music is very important to our culture and society. Music has the power to unite us, to inspire us and bring us joy. It is a universal language that transcends borders and cultures, and is essential to the human experience. I would like to thank the organizers of the Competition, the volunteers and the supporters and patrons for their efforts to put on the Competition. The devotion and the hard work which goes into organizing an event of this magnitude deserve appreciation. I wish the best of luck to the competitors who have worked so hard to get to this point.
