ILAY’S CINNAMON ROLLS https://minimalistbaker.com/ ILAY WRITES: I always had a soft spot for cinnamon flavored things, I looked for recipes involving cinnamon and found about cinnamon rolls. The photos looked so appetizing I had to try making it. It became a hit, even my friends that don’t like cinnamon liked it. GRANNY: When showing the Eilat family parts of the cookbook I was compiling a travesty was averted. Originally entitled Amit’s Cinnamon Buns, I was informed that it was Ilay’s recipe. Since Amit forwarded the recipe I took it for granted that she, the vegan in the family, submitted it. I quickly corrected my mistake. Amit and Ilay in Yaffo
