Gradually add the flour and knead until you get a soft dough. Salt and olive oil are optional. Divide dough into 4 portions and roll each one. Cut 2-3cm squares, and then roll each piece on the back of a fork. Cook in salted boiling water for a few minutes until they surface. Eat with any pasta sauce.
