168 Youth Outreach Karmiel I want to congratulate all the participants in the Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition. This competition is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious and important piano competitions in the world, serving as a stage for musical excellence at the highest level. We are honored that Karmiel was chosen to serve as a northern-jurisdiction point through the Karmiel Conservatory, which is considered one of the leading, highest-quality conservatories in Israel. The city of Karmiel has set a goal to promote excellence in regional music education, and we are proud that many of our graduates are joining and leading the world's largest orchestras and opera houses. We value the trust and respect given to us and are committed to a professional, in-depth, and inspiring judging process for our students participating in this unique experience, to continue our fruitful work, and to enrich musical development. Sincerely, Moshe Koninsky, Mayor Netivot I am pleased to congratulate the participants in the 18th International Arthur Rubinstein Piano Master Competition—an inexhaustible source for the development and enrichment of the world of music and artistic creation. I also welcome the organizers' initiative to hold the event amid the current circumstances. The Municipality of Netivot places great importance on nurturing music education and developing creative and musical skills at the Netivot Municipal Conservatory, which has achieved impressive success under the leadership of the gifted musician and conductor Shmuel Elbaz. We are delighted to be a partner in this groundbreaking event, which contributes to the global musical experience. The Rubinstein Competition plays a vital role in deepening musical learning and refining piano performance skills, enabling the discovery of young talent and helping participants break through, grow, and fulfill their dreams. I wish great success to all the participants and everyone involved in this unique experience. Yehiel Zohar, Mayor of Netivot Acre Particularly during this complex period, music has the power to make a positive impact and foster connection and community. For this reason, it is important for us—the students and teaching staff of the Acre Conservatory—to participate in this competition and contribute, even in a small way. We have many piano students, as well as students of other instruments, for whom this competition can be a great source of inspiration. I would like to wish the contestants great success. May their music reach many people and bring comfort and healing. These days, especially, it feels like we all truly need it. Sincerely, Dor Wexler, Director of the Acre Conservatory
